Base domain

Tenants are served at <slug>.<base domain>. Requires a wildcard DNS record and certificate. Takes effect on restart.

The release offered by the Promote action. Leave on “Newest deployed” unless you want to stage a version on the test tenant first.

Cloudflare zone ID (optional)

Only needed when there is no wildcard DNS record. The API token itself is read from the CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN environment variable.

API Keys

Keys saved here are stored on the server's persistent disk and take precedence over the environment variables set in the Render dashboard. They are never displayed again after saving — leave a field untouched to keep the current key, or clear it and save to remove the stored key and fall back to the environment.

Cloudflare API token

Currently: . Only needed if you create per-tenant DNS records; a wildcard record makes it unnecessary.

Billing (Stripe)

Subscriptions are collected through Stripe Checkout and managed in Stripe's own billing portal, both reached from the customer portal at account.votingapp.ca. The church app and the board app are separate products in Stripe, each with its own monthly and annual price, so a tenant is offered the prices for the app it actually runs. Paste the four price IDs below. A product with no prices set simply shows "online payment is not switched on" in its tenants' portals — the other product is unaffected.
